Key qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of successful IT recruiting, headhunting, and closing different roles (including Senior ones);
  • Team leading experience in IT recruiting;
  • Experience in successful vacancy closures, interviewing and negotiating;
  • Strong network of potential candidates;
  • Clear understanding how to build effective recruiting processes;
  • Passion to share knowledge with your recruitment team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of active search tools;
  • Proactive approach, multitasking, and flexibility;
  • Being able to work successfully under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Intermediate+ English level.

What you will do:

  • Develop and improve successful recruiting strategy;
  • Organise full cycle research and selection of IT candidates;
  • Build a strong team of IT Recruiters;
  • Create and post eye-catching vacancies;
  • Screen and select relevant CVs, conduct HR interviews, negotiate job offers;
  • Maintain and increase a database with candidates for numerous roles;
  • Work on HR Brand.
