Requirements:
At least 4+ years of successful experience in IT recruitment, headhunting, and closing different Mid/Senior roles;
Understanding of full-cycle IT recruiting;
Knowledge of the local IT market;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Creative approach to sourcing;
Excellent knowledge of active search tools;
Proactive approach, multitasking, and flexibility;
Being able to work successfully under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment;
Intermediate+ English level.

Use numerous tools for best research and look for new ones. Your contribution is important for us!
Build and maintain good relations with our candidates;
Conduct HR interviews;
Closely collaborate with hiring managers;
Support candidates during all recruitment processes;
Negotiate job offers with candidates;
Build a strong network with potential candidates.
